What's in each free set?
Every paper includes the source texts, question booklets and writing tasks. The separate reading key gives the answers and explains the evidence behind them.
- Reading 1 25 minutes
- Find specific information in a collection of texts and write short answers to 15 factual questions.
- Reading 2 65 minutes
- Answer three multiple-choice questions, place five missing paragraphs and choose words or expressions for eight gaps.
- Writing
- Reply to an email, then choose one longer task: describe and discuss a chart, or write a discussion using the supplied statements.
Use the answers to improve your next attempt
Keep the key closed while you work. Afterwards, find the sentence that supports each reading answer and check why a close alternative does not fit. Ask a teacher to review your writing.
